Everything was fine, we had lovely 4 days here. In general the staff were helpful and professional. They helped us get a shuttle to sights. Best possible and comfy location near Bmw.

The staff was informative and the place was fairly clean. Had absolutely perfect room with kitchen and equipment and a super comfortable bed for an excellent stay. Overall particularly good location. Pristine place to stay while in Rotterdam.

all in all it was a fairly nice experience and i would stay here again. the stuff where helpfull and assisted me greatly. moreover, i liked the fact, that this homely hotel provides free wifi.
